Architect is a very respected profession. Designing an urban space is a very important task, buildings reflect the level of culture and development of this era. The architect designs both individual buildings and shapes the entire space with his work. What are the individual stages of an architect's work? I invite you to read. The architect is a Renaissance man
It has long been known that architectural and urban design requires extensive knowledge in a wide variety of fields, as well as outstanding flair, a sense of aesthetics and empathy. This is due to the great responsibility for the life and health of future users of the projected building and urban space. Designing is not just drawing, it would be a project divorced from reality that does not fit into the concept of spatial development of a given territory. What does an architect do?
The work of a good architect, which we see as a project, is just the tip of the iceberg. First, it is important to understand the needs of customers and future users of facilities. An architect should see the entire building as a set of different functions in his head even before starting the design process. In addition, he is required to comply with the law, so he must have extensive knowledge of the law. Buildings and entire architectural and urban planning complexes should also be designed in accordance with the design art.The art of design
First of all, each project should be designed for a specific location. A local vision is extremely important, during which the designer must read the genius of the place — the spirit of the place that will define the entire project. The building should fit into an urban space or a specific place in nature. The main task of the architect-artist is to merge with this place so that the building becomes an integral part of it. It requires a lot of intuition and sensitivity.Architectural competitions
The best architects take part in architectural competitions, in which they will have to demonstrate not only the ability to perfectly combine functional functions with an artistic form, that is, the shape of a building, the space and the place it creates. A building is not an ordinary machine for performing a function. Architecture is the art that shapes our space to the greatest extent and defines a sense of aesthetics, a sense of proportion and beauty, teaching successive generations to create art around themselves so that everyone, even the most ordinary element of the device of this space is fully justified and that not a single dash in the project is accidental, so that everyone has a given the value. This is the main purpose of architecture as an art form.
