Bobblehead Explosives [6]
Effects: Increases the damage from exploding weapons by 15%.
Location: Bobblehead's head can be found at the Sagusa Metallurgical Plant (Sector II). First, start the quest at Finch Farm (Sector III), received from Abraham Finch - Beyond the Fire. Details about filling it out can be found in the corresponding chapter of the manual. You must reach the end of the metallurgical plant (using the passage to the second part of the building under the roof) and encounter the Slag in a small room with a boiler in the middle. The stud lies on the measuring device in the place where the slag is during the splash screen (above the boiler).
The secretive fool [7]
Effects: It constantly becomes 10% harder for you to detect
Location: Go to the Dunwich Blizzards (Sector III). Below you will find the entrance to the mine. Boble's head can be found in the fourth room (planks on pillars), where you will have to fight with a large number of ghouls. It's hard to miss - it's lying on a table, next to the entrance to the next tunnel.

After entering the building, you must go up to the top floor, passing through each level (the elevator does not work). On the top floor, you will encounter a mini-boss shooter with power armor. Once you defeat him, you can look around. Above the reception desk is a large statue measuring several floors. You have to jump on your head to collect the secret.
Bobblehead Luck [10]
Effects: Constantly adds +1 to the Luck parameter
Location: Bobblehead's head can be found on a Spectacular Island where you have to swim. Once you get there, head east, where the electrical cables lead you. You can find a green boat here. Take a walk through its "first floor" and to the right of the entrance you will see drawers. In one of them you will find Bobblehead.
