It’s nice to give your VIP customers a gift to show your gratitude. With INBOXAutomation, you can send discounts to your customers that will make them feel special.

First of all, you need to define a custom field to define the people to whom you will send exclusive discounts, you can use custom fields such as “0” or “1” or “Special offer”. Then, from the triggers tab on the automation page, add the “When Custom Field is Updated” trigger to your workflow and select the custom field you specified.

Finally, add the “Send a Campaign” action and select the exclusive offer newsletter you want to send and it’s ready.
